- All diseases in the acute stage, and chronic diseases in the stage of exacerbation.
- Acute infectious diseases until the end of the isolation period.
- All venereal diseases in acute or contagious form.
- Chronic and prolonged mental disorders (illnesses) with severe, persistent or frequently worsening symptoms.
- Epilepsy and epileptic syndrome with various forms of seizures (more than 2 times per year).
- All diseases associated with alcohol, narcotic, or psychoactive substance dependence syndrome, as well as the presence of withdrawal states and combinations of withdrawal states and psychotic disorders.
- All blood diseases in the acute stage and stage of exacerbation.
- Cachexia of any origin.
- Malignant neoplasms (cancers).
- All diseases and conditions requiring inpatient treatment, including surgical intervention; all diseases in which patients are unable to independently move and self-care, requiring constant care.
- Echinococcosis of any localization.
- Frequently recurring or profuse hemorrhages.
- Pregnancy (wellness procedures may be assigned only after consultation with the attending physician).
- All forms of tuberculosis in the active stage — for non-tuberculosis specialized resorts and sanatoriums.

Passport, sanatorium-resort card or a medical statement (issued by a therapist at the place of residence), if cancer is present — oncologist’s conclusion, for children a vaccination record INCLUDING MEASLES VACCINATION and a certificate stating no contact with infectious patients, pension certificate (for retirees by age), ID confirming the status of veteran or disabled person of the Great Patriotic War, or international military operations (for veterans or disabled persons of the above), birth certificate (for children under 16) or passport.
For residents of the Republic of Belarus who are members of a trade union, additionally: certificate from the trade union committee (with stamp and signature of the committee chairman), for children of trade union members (except preschool children) — certificate from an educational institution (for those studying in these institutions). If a trade union member’s child arrives at the sanatorium accompanied by another person: certificate from the trade union of one of the parents, copy of that parent’s passport, certificate from the school (for students in general secondary education institutions).
Check-in time: from 12:00 on the first day of the voucher. The first service provided is lunch.
Check-out time: by 10:00 on the last day of the voucher. The last service provided is breakfast.
Early check-in before the official time is possible if there are available rooms and by agreement of both parties, at an additional charge.
Guests of the sanatorium can use high-speed internet free of charge. Coverage area includes the residential buildings, the medical building, and the club-dining hall. Please note, due to the public nature of the service, the administration cannot guarantee a permanently stable connection channel for every guest. Please take this into consideration when planning to combine your rest and work.
